What better way to say Merry Xmas than with some scary fan art?
Happy Holidays.

The pictures from our trip to Taiwan are up. I still didn’t take as many pictures as I would have liked. I am too shy about taking pictures of other people’s daily routine.
I am actual in a couple of the pictures this time! I have lots of stories from the trip hopefull I will get motivated to type some of them up during the Holidays.

Katherine and I are in the process of buying a house! It is both exciting and scary. I guess this means that I am finally an adult. Some pictures are here for your viewing pleasure. We really feel that we found the best house in our price range, and I am keeping my fingers crossed that we don’t hit any snags. Thanks Mike!

We are back in the Narita Airport Red Carpet Club. I am already missing Taiwan, especially the food. The contrast between vegetarian meal on the UA flight from Taipei to Tokyo and what I have been eating for the past week was so great that I could not help from weeping in the air over Okinawa. The selection in the International Terminal of Narita is not much better. I had to settle from some garlic toast and a plate of (20) edamame. The only thing keeping me sane is the automatic beer dispenser here in the Red Carpet Club.
Hopefully I will get Taiwan pictures up in the next week.
We finally figured out how to get connected to the Internet from Taiwan, and are sitting in a Dante Coffee using the pay-for-play wireless service HiNet. Although getting connected required going to the local Chunghwa Telecom office to buy a HiNet card, you can not complain about the price $300NT ($10US) for 55 hours. I still haven’t figured out how I am going to use 55 hours of wireless time before Monday morning!
Hopefully I will get a batch of pictures up before we leave.
