In case you missed it, Cheney used a four letter word on the senate floor, but wants to fine broadcasters up to $3 million for using language not quite that naughty. Too bad C-SPAN wasn’t broadcasting live at the time.

even if they were broadcasting, C-SPAN is a cable channel, and not subject to the same rules regarding indecency as, say, NBC or PBS.

How dare Whoopi Goldberg use language like that — doesn’t she know that word’s reserved for vice-presidents?
